The products covered under valid patents in India or elsewhere, will be supplied solely for the R&D purposes and submission of information required by Regulatory Agencies in India or elsewhere, as per section 107A of the Indian Patents Act, 1970. Buyers will be solely responsible for any liability associated with the infringement of patents in their respective markets.
